What does “pre-shipment mean”?

Pre-shipment means that your package has left our warehouse and is on route to your preferred shipping method to begin its journey to you.

Updating Order

Can I cancel or edit my order once its placed?

An order can be cancelled and edited anytime before “pre-shipment” alert. Kindly note that customized orders cannot be cancelled or edited once it has been customized.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once and order is updated as shipped, shipping address cannot be changed. It is important to double check your shipping address right after receiving a “pre-shipment” alert.

How do I make a return or exchange?

To initiate your return or exchange, go to the Exchanges/Returns section on our site. Once you have submitted your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email. All returns must be unused and in original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

How will my account be refunded?

Refunds for returned orders will be issued as a credit to customer’s account. For exchanged orders, any price difference from the original order will either be credited to customer’s account, or an invoice will be sent to complete the exchange process.

When can I expect my refund?

Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we have confirmed we have received your return.

Is your production based solely in Jamaica?

We are a Jamaican based and operated company lead by 100% Jamaicans.

How do I care for my products?

Please ensure that your oils remain in the same bottle provided unless being transferred for preferred application. Keep products away from direct sunlight and keep in a dry cool area.
